VOLUNTEER

As of the 2021-2022 school year, the majority of our boys are enrolled in Charlotte County Public Schools. One-on-one  tutors will be needed for our boys (afternoons or weekends), many of whom have special education needs, as the school year progresses.

CLASSROOM AIDES

Weekday kitchen volunteer shifts are Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. During weekday shifts, a culinary instructor is present, and volunteers assist with food preparation, serving, cleaning dishes, and sweeping/mopping.

Weekend volunteer shifts are Saturday and Sunday 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. These shifts require working independently to either heat and serve a pre-planned meal or use our raw ingredients to create a meal for the students and staff.

If you would like to make your own meals, please submit ingredient requirements one week prior for ordering purposes. We plan for 35 people.

Kitchen volunteers please wear close toe shoes, a shirt with sleeves, and a hat. We do have hairnets if you do not have a hat.

To sign up for volunteer shifts please call Shelly at (239) 980-1387  or click on the button below.
