Helping Kids Find Their Way
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are paramount to our mission. Our boys are always in need of loving and caring people in their lives to help show them that they matter. We now have two campuses and will soon have 48 boys between them, which means we need volunteers now more than ever. Whether you're an individual or a group, we have something for you to do!
If you have time to give — whether a few hours or a whole day, weekly or just once a month — you’ll be amazed what kind of difference your time could make in the lives of the boys we serve.
Weekend kitchen volunteer shifts are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekends at both locations. Most volunteers prefer to serve once a month on the same Saturday or Sunday. Weeknight shifts for dinner are also available, Monday through Thursday at both locations.
We generally ask for groups of 2 or more and always say the kitchen is the heart of the home. We start with a meal and then welcome prayer and mentorship.
Volunteers can purchase and cook food from home and bring it in to serve, or you may utilize our resources in the kitchen. Service is for 18-24 kids, plus staff. Our Food Services Director at each campus is available four tours, training, and menu planning.
It takes a village to raise our boys and we couldn't do it without your support.
GARDEN AIDES
Calling all outdoor volunteers who like to dig in the earth and grow food! We are looking for volunteers to plant, weed, feed, and help maintain our extensive food forests at both our locations.
Plant and fruit tree donations are also welcome.
